- Handmade Artwork:
Our products are meticulously crafted and made with care. Each piece is unique and may have slight variations, adding to its charm and individuality.
- No Refund Policy:
Due to the nature of our handmade artworks and the effort involved in creating each piece, we do not offer refunds or exchanges unless the item received is damaged or defective upon arrival.
- Damaged or Defective Items:
In the rare event that your artwork arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately within, 7 days of receiving the item. We will assess the issue and provide a suitable solution, which may include a replacement or store credit.
- Return Process:
To initiate a return for a damaged or defective item, please follow these steps:
- Contact us via Contact Tab or Email within 7 days of receiving the item.
- Provide clear photos or videos showing the damage or defect.
- Our team will guide you through the return process and provide further instructions.
- Exclusions:
Please note that we cannot accept returns or provide refunds for:
- Changes of mind or buyer's remorse.
- Customized or personalized artworks.
- Normal wear and tear or damage caused by misuse or mishandling of the artwork.

If a refund is approved for a damaged or defective item, we will process the refund using the original payment method or issue store credit, based on your preference.
