Shipping Policy
Processing Times:
- All orders are processed within 21 business days ( excluding weekends & holidays) after receiving payment confirmation and image for your art to be drawn from. Collectively You Designs will communicate with you if there is any reason for further delays within our shop, please feel free to communicate with me directly, should you need something rushed through, I will try to accommodate this if I can.
- IF opting for a Canvas Artwork please add an additional 5 business days due to printing accountability.
Shipping:
- Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout unless included.
- We offer shipping Australia Wide Only currently.
Shipping methods:
- We use Australia Post for shipping.
- Please refer to there website for updates on there shipping policies or changes.
Order Tracking:
- Once your order is shipped, you will recieve a tracking number via email to track your package’s journey.
Shipping Delays:
- We are not responsible for any delays caused by shipping carriers or unforseen circumstances.
Shipping Address:
- Please ensure the accurarcy of your shipping address. We are not responsbile for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
Shipping Damages:
- In the unlikely event that your order arrives, damaged, please contact us immediate with photos of the damaged items & packaging.
Lost of Stolen Packages:
- We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please ensure that someone is available to receive the package or consider adding shipping insurance.
